Hey guys I’m new member to this club. And I got fluval evo 13.5 i installed orbit IC marine 18 inch 3’’ above my water surface and I set my intensity to blue 75% white 10% green 1’’ red 5’’ i just finish cycle got 3 fish 1 clown 1 damsel 1 yellow wrasse 1 blood shrimp . And lps corals frogspawn and neon green candy cane Duncan zoanthids and mushroom. My question is my lighting setting I’m not sure if right setting I don’t have par reading . My rock height is about half of my tank so I put all my lps coral mostly middle. It’s been 2 weeks now and never change the setting. Do I need to ramp up the setting or I still need to wait? And when is the right time to ramp up??? I’m new to this hobby . I appreciate the feed back thanks

Welcome to R2R! I'm not familiar with your light but hopefully a member who is will chime in. But if your corals look happy and healthy I wouldnt mess with it :)

Thank you quick reply may be not sure lol my frog spawn seems happy but my candy cane it’s been 3 days not opening I’m really concern . I hope some member can help me about my situation. Thanks

Welcome to R2R!!! Be patient and watch the corals (are they retracting? are the reaching for light? etc.).

The par levels for needed for LPS corals is very low at 50 to 75 par. Pretty much any light will grow them. I would just leave it alone for a few weeks and watch the corals for signs of needing more light. A good coral to guage that are zoas. If there isn't enough light they will extend towards the light.
