Thoughts on adding bta to this tank. It’s almost 5 months old now, and I have an ai prime. Everything has been thriving lots of growth with a successful diy algae scrubber so nutrients have been in check.

I don’t see why not. Only problem is that your existing coral will most likely get stung and they can’t take over the tank since it’s smaller

Got any pics of your algae scrubber. I added one in just over a month ago in my Evo but i'm not seeing alot of GHA growth. Is my light spectrum not right? algae scrubber 9_23_2021.jpg
 
Would probably have better luck sticking to corals or anemones. I hear mixing the two can be a task to manage. Definitely agree on the bta taking over the tank, might even roam for a bit and take out your corals or at least stress the hell out of them.
