The beginning of hopefully a beautiful little 5 gallon. Can't wait to see what it turns in to. I wonder what kind of corals this light is really capable of doing.

After your tank is finished cycling I would try some soft corals like star polyps or pulsing xenia maybe even a leather coral to start with to see how good your lighting is. just make sure when you add either a pulsing xenia or green star polyps that you isolate them on a rock away from your real rock structure becuse they are one of the fastest growing corals and can take over your tank even though they are very pretty. Most people will actually recommend zoanthids for beginners but they in my opinion seem sedative to none good lighting.

It is pretty well cycled gsp loves it. As well as the candy cane coral and rock flower anemone. The light just came on waiting for the corals to open up a little more and will have a more updated picture in a little bit

Looking good! Make sure you feed your rock flower every so often. Many of them require it in order to thrive in my experience.

Thanks! I spot feed him every other day. It seems to maintain a very nice color when I do. Do you think that is enough for it?
