Fluval Flex 32.5 Light Schedule

Hi all!
I added my first coral today, just a GSP for the back wall of the Flex. I am wondering if some of you with the same aquarium/stock light, and only keeping soft corals, would post your light schedule? I’ve seen a few screenshots but they all vary so much!
