Fluval Flex Owners - Experience, Mods, Advice

So I 3D printed some lid lifters from Thingiverse and put some plastic "granny grating" in between them in case I get jumpers in the future. I just zip-tied them together. I had to learn to print with PETG for this, so while I was at it, I printed some tank decor. He is still so light he needs the big rock on his back, even though he is tied to several smaller rocks.

I cut a round hole in my lid, made an adapter fitting, and plopped a kessil a360 right onto my flex 15. Par is like 700 directly under it, which has given me great growth on certain corals. It's a very very simple tank. I run a mp10 for flow and dose AFR via a small dosing pump. It's been up more than four years now and it grows corals (including acros) well enough that they are growing into each other. It's extremely hard to work in such a small space for fragging. I have big clumsy hands and I am constantly breaking corals. Can't wait to get a much much bigger reef.

Anyone have any experience with UV sterilizers with this tank? Specifically the aqua shield uv sterilizer desktop? Starting to get some dinos and I want to nip it in the bud.

I ran an aqua top 5 w sterilizer in mine for quite a while. Worked well.

Hi all. I picked up a used Flex 32.5 and it came with the brackets to hold the lamp in place (attached to hood), but it lacked the very specific sized screws. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get said screws so I can confidently attach the lamp? Thanks in advance!!
