Fluval marine 3.0 light settings

Just got this light. Anybody using it currently and care to share your settings for your light and its timming/ramp up. Wondering what you guys are using that you feel is good for coral growth on a 30 gal shallow breeder size tank (only about 12" in height)

Ive updated the firmware to the newest version but am not sure what settings are best for each channel. Can anyone share what theyre currently using and if they find its good for growth
