A few months late to the game, but these have been my settings for 6 months now. The only difference is that I'm using the 24 in on a 36 in/48 gallon tank. Previously it was on a 30 gallon that was only 12 in deep. I do think these are excellent lights for LPS and even some SPS, atleast monti's and birdsnests.

Edit : Just noticed that you probably have the strip. My post was for the Nano.

Original : I just put up some numbers on these here. Mine ended up in the closet for a future 5-gal ultra-nano.
My nano ended up in the same place haha I was excited when I got it because I got a deal on a used one, but they're so weak its sad ;Penguin really only good for softies and zoas

I also have a 75 gallon tank with two bta and a long tentacle I have two fluval marine 3.0 48 inch strip lights and a nicrew marine reef light on top of a glass hood I don't know if I have enough par this is my setting on the fluval I am using auto mode one of my bta looks like he is reaching for the light so I need to change the settings
