Fluval marine 3.0

I've had at least one BTA meet its demise under a Fluval Marine 3.0. There were other factors, I'm sure, but when I eventually checked relative PAR measurements, it was extremely underpowered. The white LEDs made up the bulk of the PAR, and the little 0.25W LEDs and wide spread also made penetration very poor, meaning it the strength of the light didn't go down very far in the water. Lit up the whole tank nicely, just not with enough PAR to support the higher-light-loving corals.
There are much much better options for the same cost or even less.

Do you know any others of the same cost that are better and can support bubble tip anemones?

29 gallon standard
30" x 12" x 18"? I'd put two Noopsyche K7 Minis on that tank and you'd be good for any type of coral or anemone you want. Would come in about the same or less $$ as the Fluval. I see the 32W Fluval running $164 on Petco right now. The Noops often have sales for around $80-90 apiece and includes mounting arms. Each of those lights is 60W, so you'd be getting 120W for the price of 32W and the LED chips in the Noopsyches have much much better penetration than the Fluval lights. That would be a much better deal. Alternatively, there's the $265 AI Blade 30", which would also do the trick and be a single bar light. I don't know if it comes with a mount, though.
