I have my 13.5 evo all set up, but just acquired a light upgrade for it. I plan on running a LPS dominated tank, mostly acans, what would be some good lighting settings? I would appreacite every and all inquires.

I would go ahead and rent a PAR meter, such as this one!

Chances are that you are gonna spend a fair bit of money on your livestock. Make sure to give them the best conditions you can- both to keep them alive and happy and to protect your investment.
