Fluval sea Marine 3.0 LED lights

I am having a hard time setting my led lights up. I'm not sure how to use this set up and I'm just wondering if anyone else uses this light and what settings have you had it set at?

I do not have the Fluval Sea Marine 3.0 LED, but I do have a similar light. Have you watched any of the setup or review videos on this light?
