Any experience with this light?
It was given to me by a friend. I have not yet started a reef tank, but am trying to do as much research as possible now.
What will I be able to grow with this light? Softie, Euphyllia, Zoa?
Here are the Specs from the manual, I have the A3985 and a 75 gallon tank.

That light is not going to give you a lot of options. You could try some mushrooms and see how they respond. How deep is your tank? This would be best on a very shallow tank (18 inches or less).

You will likely want to get better lighting if you want to keep corals.

46 Watts is not a lot of light - I am running 206W LED over my 50 gallon cube to try and grow some SPS. I was running 90W or so with no luck.

That's what I thought. Thanks for the replies. I was hoping to maybe get by with it for a while and upgrade down the road. It looks like I need to start researching lights now, haha.

My tank is only 17 inches deep...
Do you think GSP, Leathers, or even Xenia might grow? I'm just hoping to get some easy color and coverage during the first few months of my tank while I figure things out...

It should hold you off for a awhile. I used to use a cheaper light when I started. You are gonna want a better light though.
