I run a Radion x15 gen 4 over my 60 cube. Yesterday, I received my shipment from WWC, dipped them, acclimated them and put them in a rack near the top of the tank. Just for grins and giggles, I pulled out a Fluval LED strip that I have and set it on the tank about 4” from the front wall of the tank (near the frag rack). I’m looking at the tank, and I think I like the Fluval light. I don’t think it offers a lot of light intensity but, rather, gives the tank a smoother look. It’s hard to describe but the tank is more appealing to my eye.

Will it hurt to keep the Fluval up? Will it add too much light, burning corals? Will it cause an algae bloom? Please give your opinion and share experiences!

You can always just turn down your Radion to offset the Fluval
