Has anyone ever kept flying fish? I’d really like some. I of course would have a lid so they can’t jump out... but I was wondering if anyone has ever had them? If so how’d they go and where did you purchase them?

They are small, about 18” long...... and....

The flights of flying fish are typically around 50 m (160 ft),[16] though they can use updrafts at the leading edge of waves to cover distances up to 400 m (1,300 ft).[16][17] They can travel at speeds of more than 70 km/h (43 mph).[13] Maximum altitude is 6 m (20 ft) above the surface of the sea.[14] Flying fish often accidentally land on the decks of smaller vessels.

None of that seems like a good idea

They're thought to "fly" to evade predators... maybe if you have curtains on the tank so they have their own privacy it won't be a problem lol

They are active fish. Maybe a 100 yard long tank with huge powerheads or a wave pool.
