Thinking about flying up to Chicago for RAP and was curious what strategies you all have for safe transport of your purchased frags from trade shows where you have to fly to and from.

There are some pretty cool transport racks I've seen. I think Building An Obsession makes one. There were some for sale at RAPNY, and there might be some at Chicago.

Also, ask around and have the FAA and airline guidelines for traveling with them. I'm not familiar with them, but I'm under the impression that there are different guidelines for liquids with living animals in them.

+1 for building an obsession. His insulated transport is TSA compliant and works great. One of the last shows he was at he was selling frag carriers either insulated or non insulated with an insulated lunch bag type deal.

When it comes to live animals, there is no water limits. It has to be in a water tight container. Like Breadman said there are specific coral carriers. I have one. I took 8 drags from Orlando to O'hare with no problems
