Yes it is a slow grower, that is why you don't see it popping up everywhere like BGM this is also why it has held its value and limited availability.

You can tell a slow growing chalice ususally from the "Stalagmite's". Well that's how I refer to the spikes on the chalice.

Not looking to trade..need funds to get my car running..it's actually one of the last pieces I even considered selling..it's my favorite piece If it doesn't sell then I will have no choice but to keep it..which would really suck;-)

Yea Matt, it kills me to have to do it but I need my car fixed..having thousands sit in a tank is one thing but having a car that cost me 70k sit in the garage is another story..dang my expensive hobbies..

lol..U got me all wrong my friend...I think u missed the part where I said I would rather just keep it if it didn't sell..I can get the car fixed if it was a necessity but it's not so I don't really care.it's just a toy and I have a daily driver.I love my hobbies equally and I don't mind having to make a sacrifice for one to support the other..so long as it doesn't come out of my pocket especially in these economic times ,selling this frag is a sacrifice I'm willing to make..I would just have one less coral which I can live with but I can't live without not being able to take my car out on that nice day if I wanted to...

Same here, if my scoot took a crap and I needed some spending $ to fix it - I would have all kinds of coral up for sale. This is the last hobby on the list for me...I can do without one or two corals - okay, I could do without 50 and still have a tank full

All the while having money in my bank account for a real emergency..plus it's an opportunity for another reefer to have this beautiful frag in their tank..

It's nothing extravagant like a Ferrari or Lambo but it's special to me because I got it for my high school graduation.it's a 2004 Subaru WRX STi(WRC rally Car) and I was one of the first in the country to own one.I worked hard for a few years to pay it off and soup it up and it's everything I ever wanted.when I take it out and put the pedal to the medal it just puts a smile on my face no matter how bad of a day..I'm only 25 years old and to have a toy like that in my garage and be able to be reefing and buy nice corals is an accomplishment for me.FYI the car cost me 35k and I threw in another 35k into engine modifications..
