Foamy water in QT with cupramine

I have 3 damsels and a foxface in my 20g long QT in week 3. I completed 7 days of prazipro ran carbon for a day and then did a water change and now about 5 days into cupramine. Cu level is around .5 to .6 with Seachem test kit. Seachem ammonia indicator looks ok. The fish all look healthy and are eating fine. I have a couple pieces of rubble rock from my DT sump in the tank and only a piece of sponge in the HOB with a bio wheel. The tank was seeded with biospira.
Here is a pic. Should I be concerned? It's been like this for a couple days.

Nope, not uncommon when you don't run a skimmer. Especially if you feel flake or pellets. If it bother you or gets too thick, lay a paper towel over the surface of the water and pull it off. Either that or use a small container to skim the top layer of water off. Either will help with it.

Thanks so much! I'll probably skim it off. I figured it was not worrisome since there is no ammonia and the fish seem happy but wanted some reassurance. Thanks again!
