Yes, we had some production issues. Needles will be complete on the 15th and shipping out. I'm putting pressure on the mfg to ship them faster as a QC issue on their end has slowed this down.

I used this for the acid line

This is not the pump hose. I purchased the pump hoses from the manufacturer.

I keep emailing them daily, there was a quality delay. It's a bit frustrating and I'm sure everyone needs them. Be patient if you can and don't pay that tax lol. How many more do you currently have? I've found mixed results with needles. Some last 6-8 weeks, others have lasted me a week.

Just received by Mastertronic from the Netherlands through Seaflower to the US. It ended up being cheaper than buying here in the U.S. if you also purchase your reagents in Europe. I did a video with the breakdown of the cost on youtube if you are interested. Just type in YouTube search "Mastertronic Purchased From the EU to US."

I would be happy to share more details if anyone is interested.

By the way, has anyone found a source for the rigid tube that goes in the Alkatroinc acid solution? It seems to be acrylic or PVC with an outside diameter of 3mm but I can't find it anywhere.
