Why does my fish tank get cloudy even though the water has been changed, but the tank has only been running for a month. I did a water change and the water cleared up and the next day it was foggy again. Help plz

Mostly likely a bacterial bloom. Very common in established tank. Just monitor water conditions and do your WC and it should clear up.
