Food grade barrels containing....

I can get 2 food grade barrels for a ATO system that contained either ..
sodium hydroxide
Peracetic
Nitric
Phosphoric
With a good rinse think one these be ok? I was thinking the sodium hydroxide

All are probably OK, but I too would pick hydroxide.
