Food options for tangs?

What food, other than seaweed, is good for tangs? I feed mine predominantly mysis shrimp and seaweed and I wanted to expand their diets. Also, what should I feed them if I want them to grow faster (if there is even a good option for that), as I am keeping a small panther grouper with them and I want them to be able to keep up with it as it grows to their size and larger.

I give mine Nori daily and most days also feed LRS Fish Frenzy, Reef Frenzy, or Herbivore Frenzy, all mixed with Mysis and Selcon+AminOmega. My tangs devour anything I offer.

AlgaeMax with Thera+A. I mix half of both pellets into a container. I feed that in the morning from an auto feeder @10am.
Later in the day they get Nori and late at night i feed Mysis/Ocean Plankton and 50/50. etc. I think a mix of foods is very important to there health. I always change it up for the late night feeding.
