Food preferences for new tangs/angels

I have a new yellow tang, hippo tang (1.5 inch) and a coral beauty and I want to make sure they are eating. I would like to know what food you use with good success.
The tank is a 110 reef savvy with a sump and separate refugium. Currently I am feeding frozen mysis or brine shrimp once a day with some occasional pellets but not very often. I have to order all of my food online FYI so frozen foods other than mysis or brine shrimp are hard to come by without a lot of shippin costs.

New life spectrum Thera +A, frozen mysis and some nori on a clip for the tangs... add few drops of vitamins to everything.

If you keep macro in fuge, throw them some every few days. They will eat it all up so no worries about contaminating tank with it.
