Food size for Tisbe Biminiensis

I've been struggling with my culturing of TIsbe Biminiensis, and I think it is mainly down to food. I am wondering what food size they need. They range from 50-1000um in size. I have found micronized flake food ranging in sizes from 100-400um. Would this be a suitable size and food to feed? It is Vitalis Soft Coral Feed I am considering feeding. Thank You!

I don't culture pods, but I thought you feed them phytoplankton when growing them out.

Phytoplankton or Phyto Feast works the best, not sure about flake food. I feed my Apocyclops and Tigriopus Phyto Feast.
