Food Vacuum Sealer Machine

Does anyone know if you can use a Food Vacuum Sealer Machine to reseal the silver bags the DI resin comes in? I want to buy in bulk, but know once it is opened the air will degrade the resin.

Not sure if you can reseal those bags, but you could easily transfer the resin to food saver bags and seal those.

Yeah, I am not sure if there is a reason why they are in the silver bags or not.
