Need some ideas on food to feed corals and fish what is good some advice please thanks

LRS Reef frenzy would be my top choice for sure

I liked NLS pellets, along with a blend of Hikari and PE Mysis and a clip of some kind of macro algae or Sprung's Sea Vegies. For Coral, some LPS ate the same food at the fish, others I had a cocktail of: Oyster Feast, Cyclopeeze, Reef Roids and Reef Chili. Carpet nem ate: plain shrimp, bay scallops and Talapia.

BRS has the Reef Roids, Reef Chili, Sea Veggies and NLS pellets. The frozen cubes, i.e. Cyclopeeze, Hikari and PE Mysis I used to get at the LFS, along with the Oysterfeast. The shrimp, bay scallops and Talapia came from the super market.

Sometimes Foster Smith has good sales on frozen foods if you buy six mix and match. I like Rod's food also.
