Okay, so I manually dose once a week and do few water changes, but I’m wondering if I need to dose after doing a 10% water change. I’ve lost a fish...I mean lost a fish. I feel it would be beneficial to change the water in case my critters hadn’t taken care of things, but don’t want to overdue things.

Do a water test and see where things are at. That should let you know if you need to do a water change or not. Did you remove the fish asap? If you did it shouldn't affect anything if you have a healthy bio filter established. As for dosing, you shouldn't need to dose after a water change. You would be replenishing all the elements with the new saltwater.

I daily dose with 2 part. on my water change days, i do my dosing like normal, and then do my water change and test. If levels have gone down i dose again to adjust.

I'm not sure why you are asking. You likely won't need to dose "because" you did a water change, but often need to "in spite" of doing water changes. :)
