Thanks in advance for your replies. I am looking to get the Neptune system ATO, use it as a stand alone system, with the possibility of getting an Apex down the road.
My question is, when you turn your pump off to feed and the water rises in your sump, is the alarm going to go off because it covers the second/upper sensor? Again I do not currently have an Apex.

At least WITH an Apex, yes it does trigger the alarm.

Yes it will. After 10 minutes of the second sensor being submerged, the alarm will start to go off and will not stop until you power cycle the FMM.

I use it standalone without an apex as well. I typically just try to do whatever I’m doing quickly before the alarm starts to go off but you could try moving it up and down as you turn off your pumps and whatnot and see if that works or if it messes it up at all!

Here is the reference page I used when first setting it up! Under the stand alone category it gives you a list of all the reasons why the alarm could be going off! It should help a lot for troubleshooting!
