I got a frag a few weeks ago I have them about 20'' from 250 DE Metal Halides, they seem happy and having babies.

Generally you should slowly acclimate all new arrivals to your lighting, but most dont.

Mine did well as far as growing at the bottom over a 250W Halide. They also seem to be doing well enough under T5's. Both cases had decent flow.

I totally agree with you ...The frag has been on the bottom of my tank
for 2 days. And need to start up to their permanent placement as soon
as i no where Thea need to be.

This coral seems to do well in all lighting conditions if, as others have said, they are acclimated properly.
