I have had an ongoing issue with red planaria in my frag tank. So I bought some FWE to help control the issue. I moved all my frags into into a runbbermaid tub then dosed the tank with FWE, then forgot about it, because there was no livestock at risk. 5 hrs later, at 3 AM, my fiance and I are woken by something I can only describe as "smelling salts". Eventually, I clue in, and go check my frag tank to find this witches brew (see pic). I read some debate as to whether FWE kills planaria or merely "knocks them out" for a bit. From my experience, it liquifies them in short order (again, see pic). Anyone using this stuff, rest assured, A) it will kill flatworms, and B) planaria have some serious toxins. Beware.
