I have a 325 display mostly sps a year an a half ago I put in a blue star polyp frag in my tank for my daughter.
Once it started growing up my glass I took out the frag (gave it away) and scraped it off the glass.( that was my mistake)
A month ago it was all over my rocks I tried to scrape it off,use a lazer nothing worked. I was about to shut the tank down. But I have alot of high end coral (sps)
I decided to use fenbendazole I bought a 2 gram packet and mixed 1 gram of it with 120 ml of RO water I added 3ml into my 325 and 75 gallon sump. The next day polyps were still open so I added 2 more ml then shut of the skimmer.
Very important once the polyps close do not add anymore fenbendazole. It took two more week but it killed all the blue polyps did not kill anything else..I have high end coral..

I have other leathers and zoa but did not lose any...the key is once the polyps close do not ad anymore fenbendazole.
Good luck
