FORCING FRESH OUTSIDE AIR

My sump is in my basement.

I have about 15 feet of tubing running UP and out the side of my house feeding an insump skimmer

That's a LOT of tubing for a skimmer to be inhaling thru a tube.

I highly doubt it's drawing much air thru a 15ft-run running down into the sump.via this tube.

But it's in place.

Any type of EQUIPMENT to force outside air thru this tube better?

Some kind of air pump to SUCK air from the outside and PUSH into the Skimer?

Need ideas plz

I'm using one of these to move air through about 60ft through an rodi sized tube.
