Forgot I had lotion on my hands

So I have a 36 gallon bow front. Washed my hands, did a water change and when I was done put some lotion on. I realized I forgot to feed the fish and I like to use a Baster to get to my PJ cardinal, I accidentally put just the tip of my thumb in the tank.
Should I be worried ? Or am I just over reacting

I think it should be fine. I wouldn't worry much if it was just the tip of your thumb
