What can I expect? It's just one frag I dipped and placed in a 20g tank.

Most likely very little given the dilution into 20g of water. What dip? An iodine dip like reef dip most likely no issues. Bayer hesitant to say the same about.

coral rx, ~15g with the rocks.

From the smell of it, coral rx smells a lot like detol . I think you should be fine. But a little carbon and a water change never hurts, if wanted to be on the safe side.

I'd definitely go with carbon (in a reactor if possible) and a water change. I'd probably do a pretty large water change. On a tank that size, it won't be too hard to do, and you're better off safe than sorry.

Should be fine. Like others said. Water change and carbon to make sure.
