Have some stringy smooshy algae forming on the rocks/sand. Easily sucked out by a hose.

Picture stinks I'll get a closer one... Also there is no movement of the cells.

Yes. Reduce white lights to 10% and add 1ml of peroxide per 10 gallons at night. This should reverse it. Do this for 5 days.
If it does not start to vanish, i will give you the full treatment plan.

Well looks like this microscope was a decent investment. I'll start dosing hydrogen peroxide when I get back home Monday. In the meantime I'll read that thread

Forgot to update been very busy on the fire department due to covid :(.... I did the 5 days of the peroxide, unfortunately it did not help.

Chrysophyte was a tough battle in my tank.
I suctioned out every 2 days, they grew back within a day.
I tried metronidazole which did not work.
Dosed bottled bacteria, did not work.

Things that I believe helped solve my issue:
Increased nutrients (no3 5-10 and PO4 0.05-0.1), a little help.
Manual removal by suctioning them into a filter sock in the sump every few days.
Vibrant helped more, but still did not solve.
Added more live rock and sand from the Keys, pretty well finished them off while doing everything else as a combo.
