Formula One & Cyclops: are they good food?

Hello, I received these as a gift from my lfs. How good are they? I already have frozen mysis and nori so do I need to feed these for supplements?

I use formula one and two. Honestly it's ok but creates a lot of waste. I use it sparingly. Im about to switch to lrs just to reduce excess nutrients from frozen food.

Fish frenzy. It's not cheap but my water changes are increasing with ocean nutrition. Im about to try my hand at diy recipes here soon.

Your skimmer regardless of size will pull about 1/3 of your dissolved organics. This why people run refugiums and other methods along with skimming
