I am travelling to Fort Lauderdale this week and was wondering of there are any reef shop worth to visit?
Unfortunately I will not have to time to go to Orlando so local Fort Lauderdale it will have to be.

Happy to hear your suggestions

Aquarium Show, brand new store really nice.

Blue Seas Aquarium, Great prices for corals and the size that you pay for what you get is great.

Exotic Aquatic, large selection but... the owners are kinda rude.

Blue Sea Aquarium I found on the internet already, but Aquarium Show does not have any link.
Would they have a web page?

Besides corals, I wanted to buy a Milwaukee digital refractometer. Any idea where to find that?

I would try either of those 2. They are right down the street from one another

I believe Aquarium show has, if not give them a call and they can do custom orders and theyll price match any store online

That on is on the list as well.
Just have to find a way how to safely bring coral on a 15hr flight.
Please dont go there or spend money. The 2 times I went there and bought coral the quality is just terible

what's the issue?

I've been there a few times, mostly for fish they QT them in separate systems.

they also have a deal where you earn points for free water tests, frags, etc. I've gotten a few $15 frags this way.

their stock changes frequently.

the staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to discuss just about anything with a customer, they also don't seem to push any specific idea/belief.

Well mostly right their quality is kinda low. The price you pay for most of their stuff is sad looking

I’ve been to hydra numerous times and have been extremely happy every time. They’re pricing to me is pretty on point and quite fair. Plus with some pieces there is room for negotiation. I have yet to have any losses from them however that’s just my experience It may be different for others.
