Hello people of R2R! I've been stalking your forum for quite a while, getting used to the format. I see some gorgeous tanks on here that always encourage me to keep trying harder on mine! I have three- a 120g Neptunian Cube 4x2x2, and Evo XII, and an Aquatop Pisces peninsula 5g. Been in this hobby for about a year and a half now, and I love it completely! It keeps me sane on my days off from work, which is high stress and long hours. I just recently set up the 120g, having upgraded it from a SCA 50g cube, and am in the process of finding the particular fish I want to have in it. During this time of Covid, it's actually proving to be something of a challenge, so the going is somewhat slow. At any rate, I love being able to sit and watch my tank! I love talking about my tanks, and learning more and more about the science behind this hobby.

Thank you! I'll work on making a thread. My 120g is super light on rock at the moment because the other 50-60lbs is cycling in my garage. It's taking its jolly sweet time which is frustrating me because I can't get the aquascape completed. But, that gives me more time to research what shape I might like it to take.

If anyone has ideas about a somewhat bulky, rounded yet porous rock design I'd appreciate it. The stuff in there currently will go on top of the new rocks, which I plan to epoxy. The new rocks are super holey, pukani type rock, and all basically the same shape resembling a large egg. I rather lack imagination and design skills when it comes to aquascaping.

hi welcome to the reef going to love it here!!
