Hey everyone,
I have had my mixed reef tank up for 3.5 months now (its my second tank but its a 75 gallon tank which is way larger than my last tank), and so far everything is pretty much thriving! This is my first time using a canister, so it is all new to me. My question is what should I be adding to the canister to make sure I am getting the best bio and mechanical filtration? As of now, I only use what it comes with, and I replace the carbon and the other pads when it encourages you to. Anything I can do to improve filtration and keep nitrates down?
