Hi, I have a 150g can of F&S PhosPure. I'm used to using TLF or BRS gfo and the grain on this is much larger. I'm wondering if anyone uses it and how well does it work? I intend to put it in a phosban reactor.

Thanks

I've tried it, but if your already using GFO I don't think using another media will do you too well.

I'm putting this on my daughters 45g with a phophate reading of 1.000ppm (really high and yes, i did a 30g wc to get it to this #... pretty sure it's leaching from her old rock). I normally use brs or tlf gfo but I don't have enough left of it for the reactor. I had a container of F&S PhosPure that she bought but the grain is much larger than I've ever seen for gfo. Too large to even think of mixing them.

Just wondering if anyone had experience with it and if it did a good job. If it doesn't then I know I need to order the BRS ASAP.
