This stinks... I always add a coupon code to my orders w/ drsfostersmith.com since they're easily found w/ a simple yahoo search. Just went to place an order this morning and since they moved the aquatic items to a separate site it appears as though all of the codes are expired/not recognized from drsfostersmith.com on the new site. Also, the shipping is bumped up $3.00 from $5.99 to $8.99 on the new site. Darn! Still decent pricing and a top notch company but I liked saving my little extra $5, $10, & sometimes $15 or more w/ my coupon codes! :cry:

Anyone know any for the new site? My searches bring up nothing.

I had the same problem. I don't really understand why they separated out their fish supplies to a different website. I used to always order everything for my cats, fish, birds, etc. in one order and can no longer do that.

When I asked them why, they told me that they had done extensive research and found that fish supply buyers preferred this. Doesn't really make much sense and now I can't use the $5.00 coupon to get $0.99 shipping!

Really? Who where they asking? I'd much rather have it all on the same site to combine orders and pay less for shipping. I figured they were getting too much traffic on the regular website and needed to expand.

Moved to vendor feedback.

I'm sure they would combine shipping on the other pet supplies if you called and placed the order. It would be disappointing if they didn't.
