I'm pretty sure the two or some type of tube warm or feather duster. The other one might be one of those anemones that eat fish? Thanks

That first picture almost looks like a solitary cup coral more so than anything else. The 2nd one I agree on feather duster. The 3rd one is harder to tell as the tentacles are small bubble tips.

Where did you get the rock from?

Technically speaking, all anemones eat fish, but only if the fish swims/lands/drifts into them, especially when in a weakened state. I have two rather large "pest" anemones in my tank and so far no fish have been eaten, not widespread infestations have occurred and the tank the zombie apocalypse has been held at bay...and its been well over a year with this rock now.

This rock is from strictly fish Miami a well know local shop. It's just base lice rock

How should I kill it? I herd befor injection of calcium

Not Calcium but Kalkwasser paste. Get a small container of Kalk and mix a little water to where it's a little thick. And use a syringe with a tip like the Red Sea test syringes and inject the past into it. The Kalk will burn it from the inside. Just a little bit though or you can knock your parameters out of whack.

Make some supersatured kalk paste and inject it with a marinating injector (such as a Cajun Injector if you have those in your area). I have also heard lemon juice in a smaller syringe will work but I have never tried it. Neither will have a negative impact on your overall tank.

I believe I also herd a peppermint shrimp will eat it? Is there a fish, shrimp, snail or crab that is reef safe but eats these?

I know of no fish or invert commonly available that eats Majano. I have heard mixed review of Copper Banded Butterfly but that is not a reason to get one.

??? I swear I find new things every day

Those would be Hyroids, they can also become an issue and will sting near by corals. You can cover them with a patch of underwater epoxy.

Maybe it's just me but I would be a tad miffed if I paid for rock with pest on it.

It was 3$ a pound. My fault for being cheap

Should I remove the rock and wire brush it? Or just remove the rock and get real live rock

If you can get at the base of the pests, you could also scrap the foot/base off with a razor blade (try to slice a thin layer on the rock) with a siphon there to catch all particles.

For me, the best thing that has worked for pests when I cannot remove the rock from the tank, is to use boiling RODI water, turn off the pumps and baste it with a turkey baster. They normally let go and then you can suck them out with the same baster. I have done this in the past with great success and no ill effects to the rest of the tank.

Just my two cents.
