Found a critter on my filter sock

Can anyone ID this? It was hard to get a pic because he was so small. Just want to know what it is and if it’s good or bad.

Looks like amphipods good guys I get them in my filter throw them steight in the display tank they either get eaten or go in sand bed good clean up crew
