Found a great deal for a 65g cube

Found this on offerup, I've been in the market for a 65g cube for awhile but I'm wondering how would the overflow work in this setup

Either there used to be a an overflow box that was removed or the drain pipe was just raised to the level you want the water to be and a screen placed over it.

Find it odd the overflow is missing but the sump, stand come with it for 300
