Found a magnet starting to rust...

It was a small magnet for a frag rack, the case had started to bubble and had a small amount of rust on the outside of the case. I added a bag of GAC to my sump, anything else I can do other than a water change?

Remove it and I wouldn’t do anything else if things look ok, but a metal binding product could be useful. Metasorb, cuprisorb, polyfilter, etc.

I'll see if I can pick something up from the LFS. Everything looks good so between the GAC and whatever I can get locally I think it should be ok. Thanks!

ETA: I removed it as soon as I saw the rust.
