Found a rider on a snail is it safe?

I found this growing on one of my snails today does anyone know what it is and is it safe? I have a 90 gal fish and starting reef tank. I only have 1 ricordea, I toadstool leather and a pink hammer in it along with fish.

Really hard to tell with these pics.
Any chance it's a Majano anemone? If so, it's a bad guy.

Looks like a feather duster which is fine.

Ahhhh yes, @JGT was correct. That's a feather duster. No worries.
