Found a Spot on my Coral

Any idea what this orangey spot could be?

Does it move? If not, it's probably coraline algae. If it does, likely a flatworm or something else you don't want in the tank

I would put my money on cyano more than coralline since it’s a deeper red as opposed to purple. Could even be a sponge, try blasting it off or lightly scrubbing with a toothbrush. Be careful with the flesh of course
