and it glows under blue light green it's very small I want to know if it reef safe and what it is please
 
Check this site out @bichirfreak. Might be a coral predator. We'll see what the experts say. The fact that it's iridescent may be a clue that it's consuming zooxanthellae from coral....

I'm no expert but you are spot on. Typically the color on top of the nudibrach will be the color of the coral it is consuming, basically camouflage.
 
It looks like a Zoanthid eating nudibranch to me, what corals have you purchased lately?
 
It has been eating my crazy looking eagle eye zoas hope they recover thanks everyone yall are a bunch of help . It goes down the porcelain fish bowl
 
My red corps wrasse took care of those Lil pest. Some say there not reefsafe but he didn't really disturb any reefsafe habitants and it worked for few other people I know
 
Sorry to mention this, but where there is one, there are usually more. I would do a close inspection after lights out with a magnifying glass and a pen light. Also look for eggs at the base of your zoanthids.
