Found in filter sock

Went to clean my filter sock today and found a bunch of these guys scrambling in there. Not sure what they are and haven't seen them before. I did start a refugium 2 weeks ago and seeded with copepods, but these are much bigger. Put the sock back in if they turn out to be good things. Tank is a couple months old now with live rock and 4 fish. WB 220.6. Again, never seen them in my tank or sump before.

Seems to be Copepods. Let them, it will be a nice food for Your fishes.

Took a video of them in a cup before putting back in. Love finding new stuff in there!

Better to let them in the sump, so it multiplies.
