So I have had a refugium for some time and had not noticed these critters before now. This week's sump clean left these little guys in my bucket after shaking out my macro. I am concerned it may be why my macro has been struggling lately . Any idea what these are 20220423_160149.jpg

Get rid of them. These are Isopods and some good and some bad and quite frankly not worth having.

The images look sort of like isopods, but the video looks like it moves like a worm. Any other pics or description of how it moves/acts?

I don't think they could explain poor macro performance, but they may not be beneficial little buggers, hard to say. While removing them shouldn't be harmful, if they are indeed bad, odds are very high that removing just them will do nothing to the population.

Here's another video, that's pretty much the only way I have seen them move.

Like @DaJMasta said, strange movement pattern. My isopods were quick moving buggers. But form looks isopodish. if it looks like a roly poly, check that it actually can curl up a bit like a roly poly. Sphaeromatid isopods can curl, and they aren't horrible. Cirolanid isopods cannot curl and are horrendous pests that will hurt your fish. I'm sure there's lots of other isopods to consider. If cirolanids, look up stinky water trap and other's experiences with it.

What best way yo get rid of them? I hope they are only in my sump. I have considerable amount of marine pure bricks and such but nothing new. It's all been there for 6 months or so at least when I added red algea to refugium.

Here's video. Sorry, having trouble with file size uploading videos

Just got home and was able to view videos although Very short (need at least 15 seconds)
Not Isopods and move like a snail. Can be stomatella but video too short to fully identify

Stomatella and collanista snails will semi-curl when disturbed

Lemme see if I can get a longer video to upload, want me to poke at him during g video?

Agree with @vetteguy53081 not an isopod. The ones I had/have don't move like that or contort their bodies--they really are like roly polies.

Another will roly-poly response are chiton snails
Im ruling out stomatella due to lack of long tail and mainly antennae

Definitely looking more like a stomatella to me, should be just fine to keep them around. The most recent video has some forward protrusions that could be shorter antennae, and the one of you poking it is definitely what I'd expect from an annoyed snail.
