Found in sump. One FAST critter!

So I found three of these in my sump two pretty good size one very small. Any help on if it's good or bad would be great. Thank you!

That would be good you want them that size because they are the ones that bred and make more pods
 
There are lots of species of amphipods, I'm just naming an order....some species can get up to 12 inches. (not these guys though, idk the species name on these but really common in reef tanks got them in my tank 1/4 of inch is about their max)
 
So I have checked in the cheato and there are deff alot more. Im pretty new but my tank is doing quite well. Always learning and changing in this hobby. Have had to start dosing this week as well.
 
Every once in a while grab some cheato...and swish it around in your DT. It will be good for it :)
 
That is a great idea. I read to add pods at night to give them a chance to hide. Thank you everyone on here is great!
 
i also have in the tank but i have lots of alage growing in that section.what should i do i have ceato in that section to and deep sand bed to
