It moves very quickly so I wasn't able to get the best shot. Any ideas?

Really? But its huge compared to the pods I've seen before. Like 200 times bigger. Also, is it a bad one? Your ellipsis makes me think its bad.

Definitely an amphipod of some sort. I have spotted a few massive ones like that in store tanks and they are kinda freaky. I don't think they really do much besides scoot around and eat detritus and stuff. You should be fine!

One great BIG amhipod !!
Can get to 1/4"

Woo. Ok thanks guys. Thought I had bad sea spiders or something scary haha.

This helped me ID something very similar in my father-in-law's tank. I just setup a reef and thought I'd 'seed' it with a small piece of rock that had these all over it. His were huge also, in his Eel tank, I assume since he was feeding them and nothing around to eat them.
